P.C. Products International Co., Ltd. is a world leading manufacturer of wheel balancing weight for automotive and aftermarket. We have over 30 years of experience in supplying to major automobile global clients like Ford, Toyota, Honda, Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Kawasaki and Suzuki in OEM capacity. We are ISO/TS 16949: 2016 and ISO 14001: 2015 certified company in Thailand producing OEM standard products.
We are the first and only producer in the world to manufacture all 3 types of balancing weights; lead, zinc – alloy, steel – alloy and one of the strongest advocates for the switch to non-lead balancing weights. Our products are exported worldwide to major automotive hubs and markets in Europe, South America, North America, South Africa Middle East and Asia. We are recipients of DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 and awards which attest to our dedication to quality and sustainable manufacturing issues. Aside from wheel balancing weights, we also manufacture other automotive parts like hose clamps, spring bands and clips.
With our 10,000 sq. meters factory in Samutprakarn and over 400 staff timely delivery schedule with the production capacity of 6 million units per month.

พี.ซี.โปรดักส์ พัฒนาเทคโนโลยีเครื่องฉีดสำหรับ ผลิต “สังกะสีถ่วงล้อ” รายแรกของโลก และส่งออกไปทั่วโลกไปยังโรงงานประกอบรถยนต์รายใหญ่ๆในยุโรป, อเมริกาใต้, อเมริกาเหนือ, ตะวันออกกลางและเอเชีย โดยมีรางวัล DIN EN ISO 14001: 2015 ยืนยันถึงความมุ่งมั่นพัฒนาคุณภาพและลดปัญหาการผลิตแบบยั่งยืน
ด้วยโรงงานขนาดพื้นที่ 10,000 ตารางเมตร พร้อมกำลังการผลิต 6 ล้านหน่วยต่อเดือนและพนักงานกว่า 400 คน ทำให้เราสามารถสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้กับลูกค้าของเราในการส่งมอบสินค้าทันความต้องการ

MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Our engineering department works closely with automotive manufacturers to further tailor products to OEM requirements of specific models during pre-launch design and post-launch evaluation.
Our newly installed fully automated plastic 100% coverage double-coating plant consists of a multi-nozzle spray section. This automated plant is designed and built by our own research and development team.
A key aspect of our manufacturing process in our in-house mold-making facility enables seamless production as any mold defects or problems spotted during runs are corrected in real-time. This reduction of production down time during runs means higher productivity and better management of cost base.
While we are committed to supplying products globally, we also offer a full range of premium quality imported products to local market. Our best selling products ranges from tire machines to tire repair materials.

นอกจากนี้ ทีมวิจัยและพัฒนาของพีซี โปรดักส์ ได้ออกแบบและพัฒนาเครื่องพ่นสีแบบอัตโนมัติ ชุบสองชั้น แบบพ่นหลายหัวฉีด จากเครื่องมือแม่พิมพ์ที่พีซี โปรดักส์ สร้างได้เอง ทำให้เรา สามารถผลิตสินค้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และแก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้นระหว่างเดินเครื่องจักรได้อย่างทันท่วงที ลดเวลาในการผลิตและนั่นหมายถึงผลผลิตที่สูงขึ้นและการบริหารต้นทุนที่คุ้มค่าสูงสุด
